(Canada) Montreal, July 27, 2015 – Corporate executives of Trio Pac are proud to announce the completion for a custom made conveyor system for Lactantia, a division of Parmalat Group, in Victoriaville, who retained its services to increase capacity, efficiency and productivity performance within a robot cell environment.                

With the purchase by the promoters of an additional 35,000 square meter tract for its 5$ million expansion, Lactancia wanted to make sure to maintain its ranking among the top three (3) most efficient plants of International Parmalat Group by working in concert with Trio Pac engineering team to develop a conveyor system with cutting edge technology that improves the efficiency of work processes.

Convenient for its ergonomics aspect, easy to use and extremely fast paced, the new conveyor system installed in a completely closed robotic cell enhance the operational activities of handling, reduce stoppages, carry with precision, cheese blocks on an Intralox hygienic belt, which are easily washable and built to the highest quality standards of the food industry.         

From the execution of the strategic project by its engineering department, to the supervision of equipment by the Trio Pac service department, cutting edge methods and material resources have been assembled for a seamless experience and superior results for Parmalat. The new Lactantia system reflects the commitment of Trio Pac to always offer turn-key solutions in line with client's business objectives.
